Data Deletion Request

1. Log in to your SchoolBusCircle account
2. Navigate to your Profile page
3. Click the “Delete Account” button at the bottom of the page
4. Confirm your decision in the popup dialog
5. Your account and private data will be permanently deleted, and preserved public contributions will be disassociated from you

• Your profile information (name, email, and profile picture)
• Your login history and session data
• Your drafts, private messages, notifications, and reactions
• Other private and operational records associated with your account

Public posts, comments, published News, and their public attachments remain visible under “Deleted Account.” That label has no public profile and is not linked back to your deleted account.

• Other users’ comments and reactions on those posts remain
• Likes and other reactions created by your account are deleted
• The account and private data are removed in one database transaction

If you want to remove specific public content: Delete individual posts or comments from your profile before deleting the account. You can also contact us about identifying information in preserved content.

• Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Some information may be retained for legal or security purposes
• Account deletion takes effect immediately; residual backup copies may expire within 30 days
